Londinium Construction provides complete construction and project management services. We can help as early as property selection-feasibility study, design and professional consultant selection. By working with the client from an early stage we can tailor each project to meet a specific budget. We can supply a fixed price quotation or work on a management fee basis. Our management fee is either a percentage of construction cost or a monthly fee. Site supervision, full or part time, is a separate cost that is clearly defined in the project budget. We provide complete transparency of the project costs.
